πΈ Pregnancy Yoga β Six Week Course with Janine πΈ
Take time each week to pause, move, and connect with your growing baby. This six-week pregnancy yoga course is designed to ease the body, calm the mind, and gently prepare you for birth.
With over 20 yearsβ experience teaching pregnancy yoga, and a background as both a yoga teacher and birth doula, Janine brings warmth, knowledge, and care to each session. Whether youβre new to yoga or already have a practice, these classes will support you with:
β¨ Gentle postures to ease common pregnancy aches and tension
β¨ Breathing and relaxation practices for calm and focus
β¨ Movements and positions that can support labour and birth
β¨ A safe, supportive space to share the journey of pregnancy
π§ No previous yoga experience needed, suitable from the 2nd trimester.
π Free to attend, with donations gratefully welcomed so we can keep these classes accessible to all.
