🌸 Pregnancy Yoga – Six Week Course with Janine 🌸
Take time each week to pause, move, and connect with your growing baby. This six-week pregnancy yoga course is designed to ease the body, calm the mind, and gently prepare you for birth.
With over 20 years’ experience teaching pregnancy yoga, and a background as both a yoga teacher and birth doula, Janine brings warmth, knowledge, and care to each session. Whether you’re new to yoga or already have a practice, these classes will support you with:
✨ Gentle postures to ease common pregnancy aches and tension
✨ Breathing and relaxation practices for calm and focus
✨ Movements and positions that can support labour and birth
✨ A safe, supportive space to share the journey of pregnancy
🧘 No previous yoga experience needed, suitable from the 2nd trimester.
