💞 The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses. 💞 Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming and centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation.
💞 Suitable from 12 weeks to birth + from 6 weeks postpartum (check first with yr Dr)
💞 Aiming to create space, promote strength, suppleness, positivity and wellbeing
