Come along to my cosy relaxation classes this spring at the wonderful Moo & a Brew in Widnes.
During our 1 hour sessions you will:

The world can be a busy place. I have taught meditation and relaxation for a number of years and one of the things that never fails to amaze me is the power of taking time out of your week to just be. There’s never a more important time to do this than when you’re pregnant.
Never meditated before? Don’t feel like you can visualise? No problem. These classes are designed for anyone of any experience level and everyone is welcome 💗
