This session is thoughtfully designed for pregnancy, using the Najell Pregnancy Pillow.
Our pillow offers comfort and support throughout the course.
We’ll move through gentle yet effective Pilates exercises, focusing on posture, mobility, and strength, particularly in the core, back, and hips. In a calm and supportive atmosphere.
You can slow down, move intentionally, and listen to your body and how it feels on the day.
The event will be led in English by Emma Marlow :
‘’Hi, I’m Emma! For me movement has always been about connection - with your breath, your mind, and your body and in your case even your baby. With many years of teaching experience, I’ve learned that no two bodies or days are the same, which is why I care deeply about creating a space where you can move in a way that feels right for you. I will encourage you to move intentionally, build confidence in your body and also challenge you with my uplifting supportive energy’’

Time: 18.00-19.00 (30 mins of Pilates and some hygge time)
Price : 100 DKK per session (exluding Billetto fees)

It is important that you bring your own yoga mat
You will get the chance to borrow a pregnancy pillow during the event, if you already purchased a Najell Pregnancy Pillow, you are also welcome to bring your own
You will have the opportunity to enjoy some snacks and drinks during the event
We will be taking some pictures and videos of the event for our social media, just let us know if you wish to be ommited from our content
