Pregnancy Loss and Work: Pregnancy loss in the LGBTQA+ community

Pregnancy loss and childlessness can present unique implications for LGBTQA+ individuals, for example, in addition to disenfranchised grief, experiences of discriminatory practices are apparent. Childlessness disproportionately affects members of the LGBTQA+ community. Within this session, MIST Workshops present the key issues, with guidance on how we can better support affected friends and colleagues.
