“Am I okay?” It’s a question many new parents quietly carry. This workshop is a supportive space to explore that, physically and emotionally, with two postpartum-informed professionals: a counselor and a movement coach.

🧠 Emotional Wellbeing Check-in
With Jade (counselor + mom of a one-year-old)
- Baby blues vs postpartum anxiety or depression
- Hormones, identity, intrusive thoughts
- Self-care, mom guilt
🏃‍♀️ Physical Recovery & Movement Reconnection
With May (movement coach & prenatal/postnatal specialist)
- Why pain shows up in your neck, back, shoulders
- What’s really going on with your core (inc. diastasis recti)
- Gentle breathwork, strength, and posture tools

This workshop is for anyone navigating the mental, emotional, and physical shifts of pregnancy or life after birth. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, curious about core or pelvic floor health, or just craving space to reflect and feel supported — this is for you.
🤰 Pregnant? You're welcome to attend and listen in. You'll gain valuable insight into the recovery journey ahead, both physically and emotionally.
