Pre-Valentine's pasta making workshop

Celebrate love through food this Valentine’s season with a hands-on, intimate pasta-making workshop designed to inspire, connect, and impress. Whether you’re coming with a partner, a friend, or treating yourself, this experience is all about slowing down, cooking from scratch, and enjoying beautiful Italian flavours.

We’ll begin by tasting a selection of classic Italian sauces: pomodoro, arrabbiata, pesto, and cashew cream.

You’ll then learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, adding colour and shaping your own handmade ravioli. I’ll guide you step by step through the process, sharing professional tips along the way. I’ll also demonstrate delicious ravioli fillings and the perfect sauce pairing to elevate your dish. I guaranteed you will impress anyone you cook for.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll:

• Have your own handmade ravioli to take home
• Get a digital recipe pack with a step-by-step guide so you can recreate the experience at home
• Gain the confidence to prepare a beautiful pasta meal from scratch
