That’s why we’ve created Brave Minds, a 10-week programme designed to help girls make sense of it all.From managing big emotions and understanding stress to building confidence, body awareness, and healthy friendships, each session supports girls through the challenges of growing up. Participants explore what’s happening in their brains and bodies, learning to respond with kindness, self-awareness, and confidence.
Through practical tools, creative activities, and meaningful discussions, girls develop healthy ways to navigate the tricky teen years — equipping them to thrive now and into the future.

Pretty Bold helps young girls build strong foundations for mental and emotional well-being. We educate and empower girls to understand the incredible changes happening in their brains and bodies, helping them feel confident and connected as they grow into their teen years and beyond.
Over the last five years, we’ve mentored thousands of girls through our innovative programmes, workshops, and retreats.
Our 10-week Brave Minds programme is grounded in research and shaped by the real voices of young people. Each week, girls explore topics such as body image, belief systems, friendships, identity, brain and body changes, and social media — learning to challenge negative self-talk and embrace who they are.
