Doula Jaimee Hunter of Four States Doulas is conducting an 8 week prenatal series at Vibe Yoga & Wellness educating expectant and postpartum mothers on the best practices for yoga during pregnancy, how to use props to adapt your practice for your pregnant body, preparing your body for labor, navigating your postpartum body including a class focusing on pelvic floor health as well as diastasis recti, and much more. Whether you are an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice, prenatal yoga helps prepare your body for pregnancy, labor, and recovery. Benefits include better sleep, reduced stress and pregnancy discomforts, and increased strength, flexibility and endurance for birth.
