Juanita “Busy Bee” Britton is a dynamic entrepreneur, community-builder, and champion for culture, creativity, and connection. From her early days selling lemonade and goldfish as a child in Detroit to leading global business ventures, Juanita has always blended hustle with heart. She’s the founder of BZB International, Inc., and creator of the beloved BZB Holiday Gift & Art Show, one of the East Coast’s largest showcases for Black-owned businesses and artisans. With more than three decades of impact, her work has empowered hundreds of small retailers and reached over 165,000 customers.

Her reach extends far beyond commerce — through her Random Acts Foundation, Juanita spreads kindness around the world. Her work in Ghana, where she was enstooled as a Queen Mother, focuses on education, empowerment, and economic development. Known for her business brilliance, cultural vision, and commitment to service, Juanita is a storyteller, mentor, and connector who brings people together with purpose and joy.
