Across the two days, you’ll dive into four key areas:
- Value Proposition Canvas & Ad Lib Statement Development – Understand your customer’s needs and craft a clear, memorable statement about your idea.
- Business Model Canvas – Map out how your idea creates, delivers, and captures value.
- Assumption Mapping – Identify the key assumptions in your business model and how to test them.
- Presentation Skills – Learn to deliver your idea with confidence, clarity, and impact.
By the end of Pre-Flight, you’ll have the tools and confidence to communicate your business idea effectively, and be ready for the next stage of your entrepreneurial journey.
Eligible founders will have the ability to apply for grant funding.
If your business is based in Tees Valley (Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland or Stockton-On-Tees), support is fully funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Support is conditional based on eligibility and suitability checks.
