The Pre-Colgate Games Mini-Meet is a friendly but competitive opportunity for all Athletics Wellington (AW) registered Colgate Games athletes to have one last competition ahead of the North and/or South Island Colgate Games. ALL ATHLETES WANTING TO PARTICIPATE MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE, NO 'ON THE DAY' REGISTRATIONS DUE TO USE OF ROSTER ATHLETICS.
Organised by Lower Hutt Athletics, the event is designed to bridge the gap in the competition schedule between the final AW Interclub on 14 December and the first Colgate Games, which begin on 9 January in Tauranga.
The draft schedule has been developed using estimated athlete numbers and likely event participation. The timing and order of events may be adjusted prior to the mini-meet once final entries and age-group numbers are known.
