At Avant Skills Academy, we specialise in supporting young people aged 16–18 to build real-world skills, gain confidence, and take a practical route into employment. Our programmes offer hands-on learning, personalised support, and skills that lead directly into apprenticeships and real job opportunities.
We have three programmes starting in January, including our popular Hairdressing VRQ Qualification with salon work experience.
