Step into your weekend with intention. Join me every Saturday at 9am, starting 20th September, @the_studio_hull (HU8) for a dynamic, heated yoga class designed to awaken, energise, and restore.
We’ll move in a gently heated room (25°C), blending deep stretches with flowing sequences to build strength, release tension, and connect you back to your breath.
🧘‍♀️ Suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to the mat or deep in your practice, you’ll be held and guided throughout.
