If you're pregnant or post-partum, and looking for ways to relax or stay fit, join us for Citrine Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Spa at the Highland Hotel. This class will encourage you to focus on breathing, gentle stretching, and bond with other new moms & moms to be.
This low impact class focuses on long yoga holds that will release tension as you gently move into different positions. Props — such as blankets, cushions, and belts — might be used to provide support and comfort. Bring your towel and bottled water for this 60 min class.
Pre & Post Natal yoga can:
• Improve sleep
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
• Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath
• Accept and Respect the incredible thing your body is doing.
