🔵 The international system we have known since the end of the Second World War is on the brink of a breakdown. Long-standing rules are being challenged, geopolitical competition is growing, and technologies are rapidly changing how power is exercised on the global stage. What does this mean for Europe’s security and for the future of conflict and foreign interference in world politics? If these questions resonate with you, we warmly invite you to the PRCP Annual Conference 2026, taking place on 19 March at Kampus Hybernská. Together with leading scholars and experts in international relations and security studies, we will discuss how today’s global transformations are reshaping international order.
👉 All discussions will be held in English. Registration is available via this link: https://forms.gle/PHEMzgdnD2PHxsjS8
The programme will feature a keynote address by Janina Dill (University of Oxford) titled “Less Law, More War: How Europe Helps Shatter the Global Order”, followed by two panel discussions: one on dual-use technological competition, from AI to space-based systems, and another on foreign interference in an age of disorder.
The conference is especially suited for students, researchers, and practitioners in international relations, political science, security and area studies as well as anyone interested in understanding the key challenges driving contemporary global affairs.
The PRCP Annual Conference 2025 is organised by the Peace Research Center Prague (PRCP), the Institute of International Studies (IMS) and the Political Science Club (PK). The event is supported by the Johannes Amos Comenius Operational Programme (OP JAK) (reg. no. CZ.02.01.01/00/23_025/0008692).
Please note that seating capacity is limited. We reserve the right not to confirm all registrations.
