This comprehensive 9-hour immersive course explores the art and science of prāṇāyāma through a blend of live online talks, guided practices, and interactive Q&A sessions. Each session delves into the philosophical underpinnings, theoretical frameworks, structural insights, and energetic aspects of prāṇāyāma that provide you the opportunity for clarifying doubts and ensuring your deep understanding of prāṇāyāma's role in fostering health and healing and its use in yoga therapy applications and meditation.

Richard Miller, PhD has. teachings have been inspired by his studies with worldwide spiritual teachers over the past fifty years including his mentor, Jean Klein who helped him directly realize the nondual teachings, as exemplified in the paths of Advaita, Śaivism, Taoism, Yoga, and Dzogchen. Richard shares this realization and its integration into daily living through nondual yoga practices, contemplative self-inquiry, spirited dialogue, and awakening to what lies beyond all sense of self and separation. Author of Yoga Nidra, The iRest Meditative Practice for Deep Relaxation and Healing and The iRest Program for Healing PTSD, Richard co-founded the International Association of Yoga Therapists and founded iRest Institute where he teaches retreats and trainings internationally utilizing the timeless practices of nondual meditation. www.iRest.org.
