Monthly pranayama, chanting and relaxation workshops.Each month we will explore practices from the Gitananda tradition.
These will be deeply relaxing and mentally powerful practices offered in a peaceful setting.
The studio will be candlelit / dimly lit and you will be offered a cup of herbal tea or lemon water as well as a nourishing 'bliss ball' when you arrive.
These sessions are limited to 8 people and pre-booking is essential.
First Sunday of every month (except April and May due to bank holiday weekend), 6-8pm, £15
