About this Event
Pranayma Breathwork: Practical, strong to gentle pranayama breathing techniques (activating, cleansing, balancing, & meditative). Pranayama is the practice of consciously controlling the breath to regulate and enhace the flow of life energy (prana) in the body, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This is a traditional yoga practice many popular breathwork techniques are based on. We will do multiple styles of pranayama and dynamic breathwork practices.
Loving Kindness Meditation: Guided Loving Kindness Meditation that cultivates the empowering Heart-Mind connection for yourself, others, and freedom. Promotes mental and emotional patterns that positively effect the body, mind, meditative states, and everyday life. Loving Kindness is traditionally called "The Secret Weapon" to awakening to your true nature. 18 Science-Backed benefits to practice are found here in Psychology Today.
Heart Based Training: Practical skills to help integrate Loving Kindness into your everyday life to generate stronger feelings of connection, belonging, love, peace, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude and freedom from suffering wherever you are.

I also do Sessions & Professional Breathwork Trainings, and (Meditation, Breathwork, & Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness). On Zoom and In Person. Feel free to reach out.
This technique is not only for "spiritual yoga people" -- This is not specific to any religion, belief system, or philosophy. I've worked with construction workers, military vets, counselors, cancer survivors, and people with no to little experience in breathwork, yoga, or meditation. As well as with very spiritual & religiously oriented people. People report having life changing experiences no matter their background. It is for anyone that's willing to BREATHE.
Unforgettable Experiences: the majority of the time, people have a BIG experience of release, sensations, imagery, emotions, insights, a shift in perception, etc., as a recent client told me "All my problems went away, I have no worries this evening, I DON'T GIVE A SH*T ANYMORE!"
Manage Expectations: This of course doesn't mean you won't ever have problems again or I can garauntee a big experience. It is a powerful tool to be used consistently over time when you need it. You still must take responsibility for your life, understand its a practice/skill you can get better at over time, and can't expect magic pills.
Excited to see you soon!
