In this 15-hour certification, you’ll learn how to work with your breath in a way that’s simple, effective, and actually usable in your day-to-day life.
This course breaks down pranayama into practical tools you can apply right away. You’ll learn how different breathing techniques impact the body and nervous system, and how to use them to calm anxiety, increase energy, improve focus, and feel more steady overall.
We’ll focus on:
• Foundational pranayama techniques and when to use them
• How to regulate the nervous system through breath
• Breath patterns for calming, energizing, and balancing
• How to recognize what your body needs in real time
• Safe and effective ways to guide others through breathwork
This is not about complicated techniques or theory-heavy learning. It’s about building a skill you can return to every day.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher or simply want better tools to manage stress and energy, this course gives you a clear, grounded approach to using your breath with intention.
