Pranakriya Without Borders: A Global Yoga GatheringLive at Crofton Yoga & Wellness | June 20, 2026 | 2:00–4:00 PM
Join us for a unique global yoga event that brings together local studios and students from around the world for one shared practice.
On June 20th—the day before International Yoga Day—Crofton Yoga & Wellness will host a special community yoga class as part of Pranakriya Without Borders, a worldwide fundraising event supporting the nonprofit Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts.
This experience blends the best of both worlds:
• Practice in-studio at Crofton Yoga & Wellness
• Connect in real time with a global yoga community practicing together
A Rare Opportunity to Practice with Yoganand ~This event will feature a live, online class led by Yoganand Michael Carroll, founder of Pranakriya Yoga, he will be streaming in from Panama.
Yoganand is a Master-Level teacher in the Kripalu Yoga tradition and the Founder, Dean of Curriculum, and Professor Emeritus of the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts. After more than 15 years teaching at the Kripalu Center, he founded Pranakriya Yoga in 2005—offering a modern, accessible expression of traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga rooted in the teachings of Swami Kripalvanandaji.
Now retired, Yoganand rarely offers public classes, making this a special opportunity to learn directly from the source of the practice.
Students often find that his teaching reflects decades of experience, with a unique ability to translate traditional yoga teachings into practices that support vitality, clarity, and real-life application.
The class will follow the Pranakriya approach—blending breath, movement, and awareness in a way that is both accessible and deeply rooted in tradition.
This is more than just a class. It’s an opportunity to practice in your local space… while being part of something much bigger. On June 20th, studios across the country—and beyond—will gather at the same time. We’ll begin together…practice together…and close in community.
This is an all-levels yoga practice, appropriate for:
Beginners and experienced students
Those seeking stress relief, mobility, and mindful movement
Anyone curious about Kripalu-based yoga and Pranakriya methodology
Those seeking a yoga community and connection
Spots are limited. Pre-registration is recommended.
100% of all donations (after credit card processing fees) will be donated to the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts.
