Dear Friends,I am happy to announce an upcoming Prana Dynamics Seminar in Berlin, led by Frank Markert.
Frank’s seminars have been a true turning point in my training. Through Qigong and internal martial arts, I had already experienced certain phenomena — like a sense of magnetism — but I never really understood what they meant or how to use them.
Frank’s openness and his personal experience allowed him to explain and show me where these phenomena come from and how to apply them in practice. There are no secrets or withheld knowledge — he shares everything he can to help each participant progress individually.
One of his greatest skills, in my opinion, is that he can clearly see and “feel into” what is happening inside you — energetically, emotionally, and mentally — and identify where something is “stuck.” He can also energetically support you, so that you can directly experience what “opening,” “closing,” or “magnetism” feels like. This allows you to recognize the “right feeling” and try to reproduce it in your own training.
This combination makes Frank’s teaching so unique for me. For example, when he asks you to open up, he can sense exactly where something is blocked, support you, let you feel and experience it yourself — and then you can work to recreate this feeling on your own. Because he teaches from his own experience and embodied knowledge — not just theory — one must experience his seminars to truly understand their value.
What fascinates me even more: he can do this even over a Zoom session, no matter if you are 1,000 km away. It is truly remarkable.
This event is scheduled from 25.10.25—28.10.25. The seminar will run from 10:00–17:00 and will be held at Kikentai, Palisadenstr. 49, 10243 Berlin.
Participants are offered the opportunity to stay overnight in the dojo for 10 € a night, using their own sleeping bags.
This seminar might be one of the last opportunities to experience Prana Dynamics with Frank in Berlin — there may possibly be only 1–2 seminars per year in the future, or this could even be the final one.
Whether you are joining for the first time or returning, you will receive Frank’s full and personal attention throughout these days.

To ensure personalized attention, the seminar is limited to 20 participants. The participation fee is 125 € per day, with a minimum commitment of two days.
