Babbie Mason is a two-time Dove Award-winning, Grammy, Stellar, and Emmy nominated gospel singer, songwriter, author, and women’s conference speaker. A USA Today best-selling author and a Christian Music Hall of Fame inductee, Babbie has been a favored guest at churches, conferences, and conventions worldwide, including Billy Graham Crusades, Women of Faith Conferences, Bill Gaither Homecoming Events, Carnegie Hall, and The Grammy Awards. Her timeless singing voice has been heard on her numerous recordings, in concerts, on radio and television across the globe. Her original compositions have been recorded by Cece Winans, Larnelle Harris, Helen Baylor, Ron Kenoly, The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, and countless others. She is the author of nine books and has recorded 27 music projects. She has graced the stage with U.S. presidents: Carter, Ford, Clinton, and Bush.
Embracing the spirit of entrepreneurship, Babbie pours into the lives of the next generation of songwriters, music artists, and entrepreneurs as an instructor at several Christian colleges and universities, including Lee University, her alma mater, Spring Arbor University, and Trevecca University, where she received her Master’s Degree in 2023. Babbie and her husband, Charles, live on a farm, where they enjoy eating fresh from the garden, fishing, and stargazing.
