Prague Quiet Music Festival is a festival of silence, slowing down, and deep presence. Over the course of two days, the Fortna convent above Prague transforms into a space for contemporary experimental music, quietness, and attentive listening. The festival offers an immersive exploration of slow music and new sounds presented by outstanding performers.

The 6th edition brings prominent international guests to Prague – Swedish composer Kristofer Svensson and American violinist Maya Bennardo. The programme features solo concerts, improvisation, and new works, including the world premiere of a composition by Kristofer Svensson and a new piece by PQMC artistic director Ian Mikyska.
The programme is complemented by workshops, light refreshments, and a reading corner.

Accommodation at Fortna is available for one night during the festival weekend:
🛏 Check-in: Saturday, 27 June from 14.00
🛏 Check-out: Sunday, 28 June by 21.00 (after the end of the festival programme)
If you wish to extend your stay until Monday, this is possible for an additional fee of 950 CZK per person. The extension does not need to be booked in advance and can be arranged and paid for on site at check-in (by cash or card).
