- No prior dance experience or training required; all are welcome to participate.

- Exercises begin with a demonstration, followed by group participation, and time permitting, individual practice.
- A debrief at the end of each class allows you to discuss your feelings, explore opportunities for improvement, and receive affirmations.
**What to Bring:**
- Come prepared with one song that makes you feel irresistibly sexy (available on Spotify).
- Wear attire that allows for movement and makes you feel sensuous, while ensuring your "nips and bits" are adequately covered.

**Facilitator Bio:**
Your instructor, Lilabelle Quaintrelle, has a deep-rooted passion for the vintage world, starting her journey with pinup modeling and old Hollywood glamour. She has been nominated in multiple catagories for Best Of the Bay 2024! Her love for these aesthetics naturally led her into the captivating realm of burlesque.
With appearances at events like Spooky Empire's Vaudevillains, The Graveyard Cabaret, and Cosplay Night at the Castle, Lilabelle brings a diverse range of vintage styles and flair to her teaching. She is also a co-producer for PGC Productions.
