Join us for a Snow Moon Cacao Ceremony, an intentional full moon gathering centered on heart connection, reflection, and grounding ritual. This evening weaves together sacred cacao, breathwork, intention setting, astrology, and sound to support deep presence and emotional clarity.

The Snow Moon invites stillness, reflection, and inner listening. In this ceremony, we slow down and gather in community to honor the quiet wisdom of winter while planting seeds for what’s beginning to emerge.

This experience unfolds gently and intentionally, including:

• Opening centering meditation

• Sacred cacao ceremony, guided by Rum

• Education on cacao as a heart-opening plant medicine

• Opportunity to prepare and spice your own cup

• Pranayama (breathwork) to support grounding and clarity

• Full Moon intention-setting ritual

• Space for journaling and reflection (bring a journal)

• Brief discussion of the astrological themes of the Snow Moon

• Closing sound bath

This ceremony is designed to be calm, inward, and grounding. There will be no yoga movement during this event, allowing the cacao and sound to be received gently and fully.

✨ All cacao is provided. Rum sources authentic ceremonial cacao from the Dominican Republic and will bring it prepared in thermoses, along with spices, so each participant can create a cup that feels personal and intentional.

Rum has worked with sacred cacao for many years and approaches ceremony with reverence, care, and accessibility. His guidance centers on heart awareness, presence, and creating meaningful ritual in community.
