Practice-A-Thon

Funds raised this year will go to the Des Moines Symphony Academy scholarship fund! Our goal is to continue to support the Des Moines area youth and assist them in receiving scholarships from the youth symphony. Donate by 5/9 at 7 pm.

Practice-a-Thon is a week-long fundraiser at Drake University, hosted by our two music fraternities, Sigma Alpha Iota (Pi Chapter), and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia (Alpha Beta Chapter). Student participants can acquire sponsors to donate per hour practiced throughout the week. Sponsors and students can also opt to give a flat-rate or one-time donation. The minimum total donation amount for Drake students is $25. Friends and family can donate on a Drake student's behalf to help reach this total! Just indicate the student's name in the box during checkout.
