This isn’t a comedy class.
This isn’t about performing for an audience.
This is a safe space where you come to practice:

• Get out of your head and into the moment
• Feel more confident, connected, and alive
• Practice being fully YOU in real life
It’s playful.
It’s a little uncomfortable (in the best way).
And it’s way more powerful than you’d expect.
Because when you change how you show up in the moment…
Your life starts to meet you there.

Lila Harding — failed stand-up comedian turned experiential facilitator and transformational guide, known for creating dynamic, play-based experiences that unlock presence, connection, and authentic self-expression.
With over 30 years of guiding, teaching, and leading, she helps people shift how they show up—fast.
Dowe Scheller — trained actor and master improviser, carrying forward a rich improvisational lineage shaped through years of collaboration with his father, John Reno.
He brings depth and experience that help people translate play into presence and show up fully in real life.

Parking--When you pull into the parking lot at Backways Physical Therapy, you can park or drive up around ( following the path to arrive at the second entrance). There is a second entrance that is easy, with no stairs.
