Join us for this engaging ethics training designed for social workers, counselors, and other mental health professionals seeking to strengthen their ethical awareness and real-world decision-making. Led by Karlee Beville, LCSW-BACS, this 3-hour session will explore how ethical standards apply when clinical situations don’t follow the textbook. Participants will review their professional codes of ethics and practice navigating complex dilemmas related to boundaries, confidentiality, professional responsibility, and advocacy.
Through interactive discussions, case examples, and role-play scenarios, clinicians will learn to apply structured ethical decision-making models and confidently articulate the rationale behind their choices. You’ll leave this training with practical tools to protect client welfare, uphold professional standards, and navigate gray areas with clarity.
