💪🏼 Join us in April for our open door event, this means all are welcome, bring your friends, if you’re not a member you will need to sign our general waiver to participate.
YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP IN ORDER TO LIFT!

🏋🏼♂️🏋🏼🏋🏽♀️ this is not a competition so there’s no sanctioned rules or regulations no one can lose only win! You don’t need to hit a 1 rep max to lift, this can be any personal record, rep PR, Equipped PR, 1RM, whatever goal youre striving for lets do it together! We are excited to see everyone!
