When it's workout time, just head right in and do your own lifts at your own pace. Be sure to say hi especially if you're new to PPA.
Feel free to buddy/group up. But remember we're not personal trainers and if you're not comfortable doing an exercise please don't do it.
We'll meet for food afterward to feed those gains đȘ
Finally, please remember to sanitize equipment after use. Paper towels and spray are located throughout the gym. This is HPG policy and is mandatory.
*Sorry there's no free option for returning lifters. If you're not able to cover the fee but want to lift with us please DM me and we'll figure something out!
