Whether you're refining your whips and Icarians or ready to expand into more creative variations, this weekend is designed to take your acro to the next level.
Across two days, we’ll explore creative whip and Icarian variations, transitions, and how to connect them into smooth, expressive flows. Expect a progressive structure that breaks down technique, builds confidence, and then brings everything together into longer sequences.
Saturday – Whips & Flow.
We’ll focus on developing a range of whips and linking them into a smooth elegant flow. Through careful progressions, you’ll learn how to move beyond single skills and start flowing with control and style.
Sunday – Pops, Icarians & Reverse H2H Transitions
The second day we'll focus on Pop, Icarian elements and Reverse H2H transitions. We’ll spend the morning building the key skills, then integrate them into a dynamic flow in the afternoon session.
This workshop is designed to be progressive, challenging, and fun, with plenty of time to refine technique and explore movement quality.
Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Prerequisites: Comfortable Tarzan, Clumsy Pickpocket, 1 basic Icarian (can be with a light spot)
About the teachers:
Their students calling them “The Masters of Flow”, Flo & Lloydie are teachers and practitioners of L-basing sequences, which they perform with their iconic smoothness, lightness and elegance. In their flows they love to mix up washing machines with dynamic skills such as whips, whippops, icarians, and hand-to-hands, linking them all together with fluid, creative transitions.
They’re known for their extremely clear and on-point explanations, and progressive, easy-to-digest breakdowns that make seemingly difficult skills instantly more accessible.
