PowHerhouse classes will be held Wednesdays from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. from June 17 - August 12. Led by the PowHerhouse Fitness team, these sessions include a rotating mix of low-impact workouts, strength and conditioning, agility and balance training, cardio kickboxing and more. Stop by Wednesday night to feel empowered to make it through the rest of your week!! Be sure to bring your own water! We ask that anyone participating in Powherhouse would fill out our fitness waiver before coming. We will have a check-in tent on site. (Link to waiver will be added soon)
