10:30 AM – Ownership & Salary Negotiation LabLearn how to take control of your voice and message. Build negotiation confidence.Practice: Salary ask scripts, confidence resets, pushback responses.(30 minutes of role-play and real-time feedback in breakout groups)

1:00 PM – Word Choice & Communication StrategiesGet rid of filler words and long-winded answers. Say what you mean with clarity.Practice: Power phrases, professional boundary language, rapid-fire responses.(25 minutes of group drills, 10-minute partner practice)
2:15 PM – Emotional Intelligence & Tough ConversationsLearn how to read the room, adapt your tone, and speak with empathy.Practice: Difficult conversations, active listening, feedback exercises.(30 minutes of structured breakout conversations)
3:00 PM – Resonance & Storytelling for High-Stakes MomentsUse your voice to inspire action and make your message stick.Practice: 90-second signature story, team leadership close, storytelling tone.(25 minutes of peer feedback and on-camera practice)
3:45 PM – Wrap-Up & Certificate PresentationQ&A, next steps, photo ops, and celebration of your growth.
