Powering Modern Buildings in B.C.

Join us for the official launch of the 2026 BC Building Electrification Road Map —a milestone shaped by months of engagement with more than 200 stakeholders across British Columbia. This roadmap calls on actors across the province – including governments, utilities, buildings owners and managers, trades and professional associations – to continue to accelerate efforts to transition to a low carbon building stock within 20 years.

Attendees will learn about key recommendations, receive insights from industry experts, and collaborate with their peers on the next steps towards implementation.

Following the launch, stay for a panel discussion featuring local experts, who will share perspectives on implementation of the Energy and Zero Carbon Step Codes. The expert panelists will discuss opportunities, and challenges that lie ahead. The panel portion is paid, with proceeds directly supporting our ongoing work and programs as a nonprofit organization.
