Powering Futures Live 2026 - Pittodrie Stadium

Powering Futures is transforming the landscape for our future workforce by cultivating a dynamic talent pipeline of one million young individuals by 2030. As part of our national School Challenge Programme, we have over 2,000 S5/S6 pupils enrolled across 100 schools in Scotland. Working in teams, pupils are tasked with solving sustainability challenges facing all industries and sectors. The culmination of the 30-week programme is a presentation of the solutions to a panel of industry experts in March 2026.
