Done poorly, performance conversations can demoralise, de-motivate and cause people to underperform, resulting in a detrimental effect on your customers, stakeholders and other team members.

Liz has 20 years experience working in human resources across a range of sectors, she has a MA in Human Resources Management, a BA in Psychology and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
