Powerful Breathwork Experience and Grounding Sound Bath

This session is centered around intentional breathwork designed to help regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your body. Supported by a grounding crystal singing bowl sound bath, the experience creates space to slow down, soften, and reset, without forcing or overdoing it.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, emotionally heavy, or disconnected, this is your invitation to pause and breathe.

No pressure.

Just space to release, recalibrate, and return to yourself.

Breathwork is the foundation of this experience, guiding the body out of stress mode and into a more grounded, regulated state. The sound bath supports this process through calming vibrations and frequencies that help deepen relaxation and integration.

We begin with guided breathwork to activate release and regulate the nervous system. From there, the experience transitions into meditation and a crystal singing bowl sound bath, allowing the body and mind to fully soften, integrate, and restore.
