About this Event
Join us March 10th-12th, 2026 in Raleigh, N.C. for the 2026 PowerAmerica annual meeting, a 2 1/2-day gathering of leaders in the SiC and GaN power electronics field. The event will offer networking sessions, keynote remarks, panels, industry perspectives, and an industrial session where companies can highlight their latest products and services. Engineering and business development professionals are especially encouraged to attend.
There's no cost to attend for PowerAmerica members, however you must register with your company/ university email (no gmail, ieee, yahoo, etc...). If you are unsure about whether your organization is a PowerAmerica member please email [email protected] .
Requests from non-members will be considered on their organization's eligibility for PowerAmerica membership.
