About this Event

We’re excited to announce a new 4-week series of our Power Your Self-Resilience workshops! These classes are FREE to attend and will be on Fridays from April 10- May 1 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM at the Winter Park Library.

Discover heart-centered techniques for stress management, resilience, and harmony through gentle yoga, meditation, and science-based practices.

In these workshops, learn:

  • Simple techniques to help you maintain everyday harmony in your heartbeat, and through it, harmony in your physical body, emotions, and mental processes.
  • How to improve your overall performance, health, and well-being.
  • Contemplative eating techniques to improve digestion.
  • How to tap into your intuitive intelligence, involve heart wisdom in decision-making, avoid emotional burnout, and how you, through the harmony in your heart, affect the people and environment around you.
  • How to improve your sleep quality and what it means to truly relax.

Join us for a resilience-building practice with a pinch of science and the ancient truths.

Individual Heart Coherence practice with Biofeedback Technology is available by the end of each workshop!
