Find your flow with this 60-minute invigorating Power Yoga Pop-Up class at The Sustainable Living Project. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, break a sweat, or simply try something new, this flow-based power yoga class is the perfect opportunity to energize your body and calm your mind.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Blocks (if you have them)
Suggested to Bring:
- Towel
- Bug Spray
The class will be held outside in the garden. Bathroom access is limited, as the garden has a single composting toilet.

Cost: Donation Based. Donations are shared between the teacher and The Sustainable Living Project. Donations can be made via cash or Venmo to @kelliteachesyoga
The Sustainable Living Project is a nonprofit comprised of a like-minded community dedicated to advancing green practices in Tampa Bay. They share their knowledge and experience to cultivate a more sustainable local community. The Sustainable Living Project lives on a one-acre plot of land with 34 grow beds (10 of which are dedicated to veterans,) a water catchment system, 3 sheds, a solar-powered aquaponics greenhouse, bee hives, compost stations, a chicken coop, and much more!
