Yoga Equinox School of Yoga trainings are designed to help you gain awareness and insight as you explore your inner world with a sense of fun and adventure….! This is a new style of yoga, connecting with your Deep Self as you learn how to lead an empowering Vinyasa class, inspired by Baron Baptist yoga. This is an elite experience that will challenge you on all levels: mentally, physically, spiritually.
Here's an idea of what you will learn: how to read the room's energetic blueprint to better connect with your students and teach from namaste; gain anatomical bodily knowledge and how to use that information to help your students; hands-on physical adjustments, amplifications to challenge and build strength, as well as modifications for trauma-informed yoga practices; various meditation techniques and practices; exposure to yogic history, evolution and different styles of yoga; and literally. . . SO. MUCH. MORE!
At the end of this training, you will be able to lead an intuitive yoga class which will allow you to connect with every single student that attends your classes. . . you will never have to write down a sequence because it will be part of your memory bank!
