Power Up Your Postpartum Recovery
Join us for a fun and informative postpartum class designed specifically for moms! This in-person event will take place at Active PT-Rochester South located on Salem Road Southwest, Rochester, Minnnesota and is hosted by our Doctors of Physical Therapy, Amy Tse and Bre Kiehne.

Class begins at 6:00 pm, so arrive early. Bring a towel or yoga mat and dress to be active. After class, Amy and Bre will be available to answer questions and provide private individual assessments if you have pelvic health questions you prefer to ask in a private setting.
