Join Lexie Woodmansee from Finesse Fit for a free, all levels Pilates class!
This fun, fast paced class will work your body from head to toe. You will use the key principles of pilates core training with modern movements to make this workout powerful. It is a full body conditioning class that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, leaving you feeling empowered, challenged and stronger!
This class will be held on Saturday morning at lululemon Fairhaven. Doors open at 8:00am, class begins promptly at 8:30am. Classes are open to ages 16+ and reservations through Eventbrite are required.

Make sure to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel!
