About this Event
Join Nick Kennison from Basecamp Bellingham for a free, all levels High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class!
HIIT is a style of workout that is energy boosting, strength building, and smille inducing. HIIT can be modified to all fitness and body needs! This class will feature a 35 minute circuit style workout that alternates betweeen cardio and strength training followed by a 10 minute core training session and finished with body recovery work.
This class will be held on Saturday morning at lululemon Fairhaven. Doors open at 8:00am, class begins promptly at 8:30am. Classes are open to ages 16+ and reservations through Eventbrite are required.

Make sure to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel!
