Beyond Erica’s work, she’s a mom of two and a dedicated advocate for working mothers, knowing firsthand the challenges of balancing career and family life. Whether it’s through her work or personal advocacy, she is committed to creating spaces where women feel supported, empowered, and seen.

A dedicated advocate for women in tech, Sunnie serves as the co-president for the getWITit Pittsburgh Chapter, a non-profit organization championing professional development and mentorship, and leads initiatives that support underrepresented voices in the tech industry. Sunnie is deeply engaged in other non-profit organizations. She serves on the board for Dress for Success and is on the leadership team with Brave Women Project on the Membership Committee. Sunnie has been recognized with the Cribs for Kids Women of Achievement award and speaks on networking and career advancement. With a career built on resilience, innovation, and leadership, she continues to make a lasting impact in her community.
Roxanne Elizabeth Epperson

Roxanne Elizabeth Epperson is a passionate advocate, author, and educator whose mission centers on empowering survivors of domestic violence. She is the Owner of Healing Hearts & Minds Publishing and Founder/CEO of Women Against Abusive Relationships (WAAR), a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of violence and guiding survivors on their healing journeys. A survivor herself, Roxanne uses her lived experience to inspire change and foster self-love, resilience, and self-sufficiency in others. In 2023, she expanded WAAR's impact with the After Shelter Kare (ASK) Program. She is also the founder and co-host of Healing Space Live & Online: Chats with Roxanne and Rhonda podcast and author of Unhealthy Relationships: Let's Stop the Madness. Roxanne has been honored with the 2022 Purple Ribbon Award presented by Theresa's Fund and named a 2024 Cribs for Kids Woman of Achievement. She serves on committees focused on housing, behavioral health, and domestic violence.
