I get a low of requests for mentorship and find it hard saying no, because I am very passionate about making impact in the lives of others.As a result, I thought to and did create the Warrior Initiative to cater to this need in 2024. I ran a few circles. It made me see that the need was more than I imagined. Hearts and lives were seeking genuine transformation.
The Intrapreneur Project.Org which I lead took effect this year and we are transitioning The Warrior Initiative to what will now be known as the TIP Community. TIP = The Intrapreneur Project.
This transition has parameters. One being a pre-condition for entry - You must have attended a Power of Work Bootcamp.
This is so because I believe that reset is necessary to push forward - I will not compromise this stance. If you apply to join, we will check our registry to confirm your certificate to open the doors.
What will happen in the community? We want to achieve the outcome of dreams of which we speak so we will be;
1. Go through the 5week mentoring
2. Invite you to exclusive sessions with people who are authorities in that area of need
3. Q and A weekend - Friends of TIP will answer your questions frankly and we will maintain Chatham house rules!
4. We will coach and counsel as a collective.
