Kendra Fisher is a former elite goaltender with Canada’s National Women’s Hockey Program. Just as her career was taking off, she faced a life-changing battle with mental illness. Instead of staying silent, she chose to speak out — becoming a leading mental health advocate across Canada. Today, Kendra shares her powerful story to help others build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence. Her work has inspired thousands of youth and athletes to strengthen their mental game, embrace vulnerability, and find power in their story.
