Power of Place
Kirsty will be sharing insights from Leesman's latest campaign, Power of Place. Though hybrid working is undoubtedly here to stay, there exists a wide range of office attendance rates within this hybrid workforce. So, how can organisations ensure that, regardless of how often their offices are being used, they exceed employees' expectations whilst helping to achieve business objectives?
This research answers two fundamental questions: why do organisations need an outstanding workplace in a hybrid working world and, when it comes to employee experience, how do you go from good to great?
Kirsty is passionate about human centric design and has a deep understanding of the interactions among humans and the ecosystems of workplaces. In the last 10 years she has worked Internationally with SME’s and large Fortune 500 organisations to enhance people’s health and optimise performance through developing & implementing ergonomics programs and influencing the design of workplaces. She has been an advisor for the last three years on the WELL Movement Advisory providing guidance to IWBI on how to incorporate design and policy interventions that promote physical activity and movement. Her role as Development Director at Leesman is to equip executives at all levels to make informed, forward-thinking decisions that allow them to mitigate risk, plan for the future, and benefit from great employee workplace experience.
